Are you feeling

  • emotionally overwhelmed

  • disconnected in relationships

  • stuck in recurring patterns

  • struggling to communicate openly

  • or unsure how to navigate intimacy, identity, or major life changes?

Therapy can be a space to slow things down, better understand yourself, and create more honest, connected, and fulfilling relationships, both with yourself and the people around you.

As a queer relational and psychodynamic therapist, I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, emotional regulation, trauma, attachment patterns, sexuality, communication challenges, and relationship growth.

You may be here because…

  • you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns

  • communication in your relationship feels frustrating or disconnected

  • you feel emotionally overwhelmed and don’t fully understand why

  • intimacy or sex has started to feel complicated, pressured, or distant

  • you intellectualize your feelings but still feel stuck emotionally

  • you’re navigating polyamory, ENM, or relationship uncertainty

  • shame, anxiety, or self-criticism feel hard to quiet

  • you want deeper relationships but struggle with vulnerability

  • you’re going through a breakup, divorce, or major life transition

  • you want to better understand yourself and grow emotionally

Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, regulate emotions more effectively, communicate more openly, and build more connected relationships.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, process challenges, and build tools for a more grounded, connected life. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns shaping your wellbeing.

Topics may include anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, intimacy, shame, and emotional regulation.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help partners communicate more openly, navigate conflict differently, deepen intimacy, and better understand the patterns beneath recurring struggles. I work with couples facing communication challenges, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, sexuality and intimacy issues, polyamory/ENM relationships, and major relationship transitions.

Together, we’ll work toward deeper understanding, connection, and lasting change.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore intimacy, desire, sexuality, communication, and emotional connection.

Together, we'll work toward greater understanding, confidence, and fulfillment in your relationships and intimate life.

Meet Lily

I’m a queer, relational, and psychodynamic therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationships, transitions, and the patterns that shape how we move through the world. We might explore intimacy, communication, emotional regulation, trauma, attachment, or identity along the way.

My style is warm, engaged, direct, and conversational, with a touch of humor.

I believe therapy should feel emotionally safe, genuinely human, and collaborative; a space where you can explore difficult things, better understand yourself, and feel more connected in your relationships and daily life.
